Week 15 NFC playoff picture
- San Francisco 49ers, 10-3
- Dallas Cowboys, 10-3
- Detroit Lions, 9-4
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 6-7
- Philadelphia Eagles, 10-3
- Minnesota Vikings, 7-6
- Green Bay Packers, 6-7
The Cowboys lead the NFC East with a tiebreaker over the Eagles and the 49ers hold a head-to-head edge over the Cowboys. That’s how they have the No. 1 seed. There are six teams at 6-7. The Bucs are in the NFC South lead and the Packers hold a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Rams.
In the mix
- Los Angeles Rams, 6-7
- Seattle Seahawks, 6-7
- Atlanta Falcons, 6-7
- New Orleans Saints, 6-7
It lines up in this order because the Falcons’ conference record is better than the Saints’, the Seahawks’ conference record is better than Atlanta’s and then the Rams hold a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Seahawks and are ahead of them in the NFC West standings.
