“Next man up” C’s keep rolling despite being shorthanded for second straight night

The Boston Celtics played the Detroit Pistons a lot better the second time around this season, not needing overtime or anything close to it to come away with a 119-94 win. And they did it with several key players out injured as well, including Jayson Tatum, Al Horford, Jrue Holiday, and Sam Hauser.

The game was close in the first quarter, but it did not take long for the next men up on the Celtics roster to take control of the game. And to add an extra layer of intrigue to the matchup, NBC Sports Boston had an all-female crew calling the contest that night.

After the win, Jen Rizzotti, Ashley Battle, Abby Chin, DiJonai Carrington and Zora Stephenson joined Amina Smith to talk over the win for Boston.

Check out the clip embedded above to hear their take on the win.
