Celtic's search for a new manager is already well underway with Ange Postecoglou expected to be confirmed by Spurs in the coming hours.
News of the Aussie's imminent departure has already sparked a bookies' market for who will be the next man in charge at Parkhead.
Brendan Rodgers was quickly installed as the favourite, while West Ham boss David Moyes was also high on the list at the end of play yesterday.
The Daily Record now report that Celtic may struggle to tempt Rodgers back to Glasgow, with the former Leicester City boss keen to take a year out of the game following his sacking from the Foxes.
It is also stated that the former Celtic manager is eyeing a job in one of Europe's top leagues when he does return to action following his break.
With this in mind, the report goes on to state that Hoops chiefs are also weighing up a move for Manchester City assistant Enzo Maresca.
The Italian works closely alongside Pep Guardiola with the Premier League champions but he has worked as a manager in his own right at Parma.
Any potential talks are firmly on hold though with City poised to take on Inter Milan in the Champions League final.

Former Australia head coach Postecoglou admitted on Saturday, after Celtic’s Scottish FA Cup final win over Inverness had secured them the domestic treble, that his celebrations would soon be disrupted.
Neither club have commented but reports claim an announcement will be made when the finer details of the contract have been finalised.
When repeatedly pressed on his future after Celtic’s 3-1 Hampden win over Inverness on Saturday, Postecoglou said: “I anticipate enjoying this moment for the next 24-48 hours, as long as I can, before someone drags me away and takes my attention away from enjoying something that’s been hard-earned.
“The reality is, there’s probably players in that dressing room who won’t be here next year. That’s the nature of football.”
