An MP has offered "prayers" to those affected by a serious road traffic incident in East Belfast.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service confirmed “no one was taken from scene” of the Newtownards Road collision on Friday morning, November 18.
In a social media post, Gavin Robinson MP said: "Serious Road Traffic Incident at the junction of Newtownards Road & Dee Street. There will very significant delays and PSNI are asking for witnesses to come forward.

"My prayers are with those impacted by the tragic circumstances."
A NIAS spokesperson told Belfast Live: "The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 08:30 on Friday, 18 November 2022 following reports of an RTC on the Newtownards Road area, Belfast.
"NIAS despatched 1 Ambulance, 1 Rapid Response Paramedic and 1 Ambulance Officer to the incident. No one was taken from scene."
On Friday morning, a PSNI spokesperson said: "The Newtownards Road is currently closed between Connswater and Templemore Avenue due to a serious road traffic collision.
"Diversions are in place from Island Street/Dee Street junction, traffic will be diverted along Dee Street towards Mersey Street/Sydenham Bypass and at Belvoir Street along the Lower Newtownards Road."
A PSNI spokesperson later added: "The Newtownards Road in east Belfast is likely to remain closed between Templemore Avenue and the Albertbridge Road for a number of hours following a serious road traffic collision.
"The closure is likely to remain in place beyond school pick up times this afternoon. Motorists and pedestrians should seek alternative routes for their journey.
"Local diversions are in place."
