The sun eventually came out for the Celtic Manor Polo - and some Welsh rugby stars were making the most of their pre-World Cup time stomping the divots and taking time out.
Newlywed fly-half Gareth Anscombe was pictured looking dapper alongside his new wife, Milica.
The pair tied the knot last weekend on Waiheke Island, New Zealand, surrounded by family and friends - including fellow Welsh international Hadleigh Parkes and wife Suzy. Also present was Alex Cuthbert and his other half Sarah Connolly as well as Wales and Cardiff Blues scrum-half Lloyd Williams.
Anscombe, who will move from the Cardiff Blues to Ospreys next season, was joined by Saracens and Wales back Liam Williams .
Williams was there with his partner Sophie Harries , who is a model signed to agency Models 1. She has modelled in campaigns for Joe Brown, Eyespace eye wear and Kettlewell colours.
Also spotted at yesterday's event was former Wales fly half and current Ospreys player, James Hook. He and his wife Kimberley Tashara were in sync in black and white-themed outfit combo.
James also presented the trophy to the winner of the final polo match.
More than 2,000 guests descend on the Celtic Manor Resort to enjoy polo, picnics, ponies and a generous dose of champagne.
Gareth and Milica were not the only couple with WRU links to tie the knot this past week, George North and former Olympic cyclist Becky James held their wedding at Glanusk estate in Crickhowell.
