Newly-single Amber Davies says she's 'accidentally' fallen in love with West End co-star

Love Island's Amber Davies has bagged herself a new man, just weeks after her split from Nick Kyriaco.

The West End star has fallen head-over-heels for her co-star Ben Joyce, who plays Marty McFly in the stage adaptation of Back To The Future.

Gushing over her new beau, Amber told Ranvir Singh on Lorraine she "accidentally fell in love" with Ben.

"Do you know what? This is Ben Joyce. He's an absolute powerhouse of a talent," she told Ranvir.

"He was in Jersey Boys and now he's playing Marty. He is one of the most kindest most caring people I've ever met. The plan was to be single for a while and then I accidentally fell in love with my co-star.

"He's just a ray of sunshine and he's so loved by everyone in the cast. He's so talented; he's lovely," she gushed.

The Sun also reported that the couple took time off from their show last week and headed for a romantic getaway.

Amber, 26, and Ben enjoyed a luxury retreat at Soho Farmhouse in the Cotswolds.

The reality-star-turned-actress plays Lorraine Baines McFly, the mum of Ben's character.

She told the publication that she split from her boyfriend Nick for good and has deleted all their pictures together on Instagram.

This was the third time that the couple parted ways, but it seems that this time it's for good.

Amber and Nick first went public with their relationship in 2020 and just six months before they split, Amber called him 'The One'.

Amber first met Ben during the summer and the couple attended the Stage Debut Awards in London together last month.

Taking to the comment section of the snap, she wrote: "Adore u".

She recently spoke about her feels for Kem Cetinay (ITV/REX/Shutterstock)

Amber won Love Island in 2017 with Kem Cetinay and has since gone on to star in musicals including Dolly Parton's 9 to 5.

The pair split up just four months after leaving the villa, but Amber has insisted that she struggled "navigating" her new found fame.

Speaking to Emmerdale actress Natalie Anderson on her podcast The Capsule, she said: "I just lived in the moment. It wasn't until a year after everything had settled. I had been going 100 miles an hour for a year."

"And being a part of the winning couple, you have a lot more responsibility, and obviously the relationship didn't work out and I was really hurt by that."

"So I was trying to navigate having this whole new world and being sad because I did love him. I did love him so much, I did."

The actress went on to say that she felt "lost" after her win, and used "drinking and partying" as a distraction.
