Alison Hammon has appeared to announce she is single again following a reported two-year relationship.
The 48-year-old confirmed that rumours she was engaged were not true but it appears she had been dating somebody. It is understood the This Morning star had been in a relationship for more than two years despite keeping their whirlwind romance under wraps.
But on Friday, Alison said she is "single", while eyeing up a new programme dubbed "the middle-aged Love Island", the Daily Star reports.

It came as she and co-host Dermot O'Leary discussed the upcoming dating show Romance Retreat, and Dermot said Alison should sign up. He said: “Hold on a second, there’s a casting call, Alison".
He added: “ITV is looking for vibrant single parents across the UK", to which Alison laughed and replied: “Well I am single, I'm single!”
Dermot then noted how contestants can win a cash prize at the end of the series, while her co-stars egged her on to “do it". Alison said: "I'd give the money to charity, but I could do that and find a nice man."
“Your two favourite things," Dermot replied.
