Newcastle have James Maddison replacement
It's no secret Newcastle United want James Maddison with the club working hard to sign the Leicester City midfielder following his club's relegation from the Premier League. It's also no secret Tottenham Hotspur want the England midfielder too and are willing to push the Mags all the way to land their number one target.
With no certainty of which way the deal will go, Newcastle are keeping all options open and continue to look at other targets too. According to the Daily Mail, the front runner to arrive at St James' Park if it's not Maddison is AC Milan's Sandro Tonali.
Milan are likely to let Tonali go for a fee less than Maddison, which makes the deal even more attractive for Newcastle.

Wonderkid available for cut price
According to Turkish media, Newcastle United and Liverpool have expressed an interest in Fenerbahce wonderkid Arda Guler.
The Mags are reportedly keeping a close eye on the 18-year-old who is quickly rising to prominence. Football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano has now posted an update claiming clubs are circling after discovering a release clause which makes a move even more attractive.
Romano tweeted; "Understand Turkish gem Arda Güler will be now available for just €17.5m fee net after taxes/solidarity…yes, just €17.5m for one of the biggest talents in Europe as release clause will be activated after playing 1500 minutes. Many top clubs, trying to convince the player."
Serie A star up for grabs
Newcastle United are being linked with Napoli defender Kim Min-jae this summer and it's easy to see why given the player's rise to prominence on the world stage. The South Korean international is one of the best defenders potentially available this summer and is being hailed as a great fit for Eddie Howe's Mags.
The 26-year-old can leave for the Serie A champions if a fee of around £42m is made to trigger his release. Napoli have tabled a new deal for the South Korean in the hope of keeping him and taking the release clause off the table, but reports in Italy suggest he's turned that down, opening the door for someone to make an offer this summer.
