Newcastle United team news: Eddie Howe calls up teenager to squad for Brighton clash

Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe named an unchanged line-up to face Brighton & Hove Albion at St James' Park.

As expected, the game came too early for Sean Longstaff who is still struggling with a foot injury while Jacob Murphy was also missing with a groin problem. That saw youngster Lewis Miley step up to the bench for the Magpies.

And Miguel Almiron, Callum Wilson and Alexander Isak led the line of attack for Howe's team. Anthony Gordon must wait for his chance while Allan Saint-Maximin was also named as a sub.
