Tickets bought by Newcastle United supporters for the trip to West Ham will be valid for the rearranged fixture. The Premier League confirmed the postponement of all top-flight games this afternoon following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
An announcement came as fans were gearing up to travel to the London Stadium on Sunday. Confusion regarding away tickets was quickly cleared up by a statement on nufc.co.uk.
The update read: “Newcastle United's Premier League match at West Ham United this weekend has been postponed alongside all other English football fixtures following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

“The Magpies were scheduled to travel to the London Stadium for a 2pm kick-off this Sunday, however, a new date will be set in due course. Supporters should retain their existing tickets for the trip to West Ham as they will remain valid for the rearranged fixture.”
Supporters can also claim an e-voucher for the cost of their train ticket if they were purchased from LNER. Many supporters travel to London away games via direct train and the Book with Confidence scheme - adhered to by most railway companies including LNER - allows for a change of plan.
Customers can claim a voucher up to 6pm of the day before you travel. This means fans have until 6pm on Saturday to contact any train companies and recoup their fare.
A statement on the LNER website read: "When you book directly with LNER, we can help you when your plans change and you're no longer travelling. Book with confidence until 30 September 2022. You can change your tickets fee-free or request an eVoucher which are valid for 12 months."
Visit https://www.lner.co.uk/customer-service/refunds/#refund for more details and to request a voucher or refund.
