Newcastle United fans have given their thoughts on Eddie Howe's lineup for this afternoon's fixture against Southampton, with the Magpies looking to continue their fantastic run of form.
The starting XI sees Nick Pope stay in between the sticks and an unchanged defence in front of him with Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schar, Sven Botman and Dan Burn all keeping their places.
It's an unchanged midfield as Bruno Guimaraes, Sean Longstaff and Joe Willock all retain their places but due to suspension, Joelinton is replaced by Jacob Murphy as he slots next to Miguel Almiron and Callum Wilson, the latter of which has been fighting an illness this week.

Many took to social media to discuss the starting XI as well as the substitutes and here's what they had to say...
@SavMondo : Absolute perfection… Good lineup.
@agbnufc_ : Can't complain after recent performances. Bench is starting to look stronger as well.
@JackLaadNUFC : Correct decision to keep murphy in over maxi, everything in the last 20 mins went though him vs villa hopefully he can keep that form going into this game
@JGHenry1994 : Murphy is our player and did brilliantly is our 4-1 & 5-1 wins. Get behind him
@UKzRedemption : Strong team. Had a feeling Murphy would start, and I don’t mind seeing Maxi off the bench. Not rating the Southampton lineup tbh! Feel like this should be a good win for us, but the league is crazy. I have to go 2-0.
@benhancock77 : Happy with that! Murphy was class when he came on against Villa. ASM to come on and finish the job
