Newcastle United continued their surge up the Premier League table with another impressive win at Brentford on Saturday.
The Magpies opened the scoring midway through the first-half when Ryan Fraser's cross was met by Joelinton to score his first goal since November.
It was a professional performance from the Magpies, who added a second through Joe Willock after he steered the ball home from a relatively tight angle to seal all three points.
The result sees Newcastle move into 14th, four points above the relegation zone ahead of the run-in.
Eddie Howe's side are also currently the second-most in-form team in the division, having secured their fourth win in five league matches after sitting in a vunerable position at the turn of the year.
Willock is someone who has been integral to that up turn in form and he is seemingly getting back to his best after struggling towards the start of the campaign.
The 22-year-old has now netted in back-to-back games for the first time in May following his equaliser in the 1-1 draw at West Ham United last time out and it was a well-taken finish.
He opened up his body before curling the ball into the roof of the net and former England international Paul Merson has likened the goal to ex-Arsenal forward Thierry Henry, who made that strike look easy.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Merson said: "It was a great finish into the roof of the net.
"He opened himself up like Thierry Henry used to do."
That was certainly high praise from Merson considering what Henry achieved during his career at Arsenal and the fact he was one of the first names in the league's Hall of Fame.
Willock will be hoping to continue his run of form when the Magpies host Brighton & Hove Albion in another important encounter next weekend.
A win over Graham Potter's men could see Newcastle eyeing a top-half finish, before they take on Southampton, Chelsea and Everton before the international break in March.
