Mehrded Ghodoussi and Jamie Reuben were both full of praise for the travelling Newcastle United contingent after their win at Fulham. Eddie Howe's side were in complete control from start to finish and there was a carnival atmosphere in the stands.
The win was just the second of the season for the Magpies, having not won since the 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest on the opening day of the season. The Newcastle head coach admitted it was a long time coming.
It was almost a complete performance from the Toon, with Bobby Decordova-Reid's late consolation for the Cottagers the only stain on an impressive performance. Miguel Almiron's brace, Callum Wilson and Sean Longstaff's goals gave the Magpies a convincing win.
