Newcastle United fans are still catching their breath after an epic transfer window which saw the Magpies spend over £100million.
That takes the total of spending on first-team players to over £200million since the Saudi-backed takeover back in October last year and leaves Newcastle in a much stronger position in the top-flight. Planning for January is already under way with scouts already jetting around Europe to look at new targets.
But despite talk of Newcastle being "another Man City" the shopping at St James' Park has been sensible bringing in top class players at reasonable prices given their age and potential.
The players Newcastle could yet go back for in January
Eddie Howe dropped a hint on possible targets in his Press conference on Friday and stated that players linked with moves that didn't get them must now "refocus" on their best form. Joao Pedro is certainly a player that Newcastle are keeping tabs on while Anthony Gordon of Everton stayed where he was, despite interest from United, and Armando Broja remains with Chelsea.
Frank Lampard suggests that Gordon "never got close" to leaving but Newcastle might consider going back in January while Broja has signed a new deal at Stamford Bridge, but may still be a loan option if things don't go his way under Thomas Tuchel.
Broja automatically moved down the pecking order as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang signed for the Blues from Barcelona. Interest from Newcastle in James Maddison has also not gone away.
Plans to offer Elliot Anderson a new deal accelerating - and England keeping a keen eye
It's all happening for 19-year-old Newcastle youngster Elliot Anderson at the moment after Eddie Howe was as good as his word this summer on giving the attacking midfielder a chance.
Anderson got the opportunity to impress in pre-season and has subsequently stayed with the first-team making appearances in the Premier League and League Cup. The club are working on a new contract offer and Anderson is set to commit his best years to the Magpies.
England Under-21s are also keeping a keen eye on Anderson after his breakthrough. In recent years he has been involved in an international tussle between England and Scotland but it may all depend on who gives him a senior call up first.

Newcastle fans will get the chance to rub shoulders with Toon stars Miguel Almiron, Bruno Guimaraes, Joelinton and Javier Manquillo on September 6. But supporters must fill in the following form to stand a chance of a unique experience with the clubs kit manufacturers.
Newcastle defender thrown lifeline
On the subject of Manquillo, the Spaniard has been thrown something of a lifeline after an uncertain summer. Manquillo started the summer under the knife in Madrid to solve a niggling injury.
But since then he has slowly returned to the picture and his chances of game-time increased on the back of Emil Krafth's potentially season ending injury. Manquillo will now be the back-up right full-back at Newcastle for the first half of the campaign.
Initially signed as a budget option - for just £4million from Atletico Madrid - Manquillo has been something of a survivor at Newcastle. Arriving pre-takeover in 2017, he has quietly clocked up 92 Premier League appearances.
And he could well nudge over 100 matches in the top-flight this season. Manquillo - who played for Spain Under-21s with stars like Kepa Arrizabalaga and Gerard Deulofeu - has two years left of his current contract.
