The England international is said to have one eye on the Three Lions World Cup squad for Qatar this year, with United's interest in a new goalkeeper well documented in recent weeks.

Boehly now has the keys to one of the biggest football clubs in the world but admits Newcastle will soon be competing on the same playing field after their own change of ownership.
