Newcastle United supporters believe three players are a cut above the rest this season. Chronicle Live asked supporters to rate players based on their performances this season, with Miguel Almiron, Kieran Trippier and Bruno Guimaraes coming out on top.
The trio have been the standout performers for the Magpies this season after an impressive start to the campaign. Eddie Howe's side are currently sat in third place, behind Manchester City and Arsenal after losing just once this season.
The current winter break will allow the Magpies head coach to get players back to full fitness, while a number of the Toon contingent are on World Cup duty.
Almiron has been the standout player for Newcastle this season, with eight goals and one assist in 15 Premier League games, so it's no surprise to see him top the supporters player rankings.

Newcastle United Women's defender Freya Bailes hopes Sunday's bumper St James' Park crowd can help "drive" the Lady Magpies on to FA Cup success when they face off against Barnsley Women.
Over 25,000 supporters will be in the stands on Sunday afternoon to watch Becky Langley's side take on Barnsley Women at St James', a figure that trumps last season's attendance of 22,000 that saw the Lady Magpies best Alnwick Town Ladies 4-0.
"I am so excited at the prospect of playing at St. James' Park," Bailes told Newcastle's official club website.
"It was something that has been talked about since I signed in the summer and the fact it's a couple of days away is a bit surreal."
Who is scout Paul Midgley amid talk of key Newcastle United recruitment decision
Newcastle United's off-field transformation is reportedly set to continue with the news the Magpies are said to be appointing Manchester City scout Paul Midgley as their head of youth recruitment.
Following the takeover of the club back in October 2021, the Magpies have made a significant effort to improve the quality of their youth team set-up, which included making multiple signings for the U21s and U18 this past summer.
While there has yet to be any official confirmation from Newcastle over Midgley's hire, it would certainly be an interesting appointment.
