Fabian Schar has emerged as an injury concern ahead of Thursday night's encounter at Goodison Park.
The Switzerland centre-back came off before the end of the 6-1 thumping of Tottenham Hotspur but faced reporters with a smile on his face after the best win of the season. With another two games this week, Eddie Howe won't take any risks with any player but Schar will undergo assessment today.
Speaking about his injury after the hammering of Spurs, Schar said: "There's an assessment Monday. I don’t think it’s bad, just a hamstring I felt but we’ll see and hopefully it’s not a big problem."

Schar put in a polished display at centre-half and while Harry Kane did speed past him to pluck a consolation from the match for the visitors, he also weighed in with two assists in the first half to set up Joelinton then Alexander Isak.
Reflecting on the big victory for the Magpies, Schar said: "It was an unbelievable first half I would say, 20 minutes, what happened – an incredible game for us. This doesn't happen a lot especially when you play a team that is close to you, you don’t expect it!"
Schar said that it was about moving on from the 3-0 loss against Aston Villa. He concluded: "You just try to get a reaction from the last game and I think that happened."
