Bruno Guimaraes was the standout performer for Newcastle United fans in our post-match fan player ratings. The Brazilian scored a huge 9.1 after his man-of-the-match performance helped the Magpies grind out a one-nil victory.
Dan Burn earned second spot (7.7) for his solid defensive display while Chris Wood (7.4) closely followed after his decisive spot-kick snatched all three points. Matt Targett and Martin Dubravka also received 7.4 from supporters after Newcastle ground out a hard-fought win.
Elsewhere, Emil Krafth (7.3), Fabian Schar (7.2) and Joelinton (7.1) were given respectable ratings for their role in the Magpies' win. Allan Saint-Maximin scored the lowest (6.1) on the back of another frustrating night for the Frenchman. Jonjo Shelvey, too, failed to impress Toon fans too much despite playing alongside Guimaraes in midfield - as he bagged a 6.8.
