Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes is keen to stifle the threat of Heung-Min Son as Brazil hear up to take on South Korea in a friendly later this week. The Magpies midfielder has spent the past few days taking in the sights alongside his fellow countrymen.
Guimaraes was spotted at Everland alongside Neymar Richarlison, Martinelli, Coutinho, Fred, Ederson, Paqueta and more as Brazil took some much needed down time to recover from jetlag. The Newcastle midfielder linked up with his country in advance of the likes of Eder Militao and goalkeeper Alisson Becker who were in action in the Champions League final.
The Brazil playmaker knows just what to expect from South Korea's talisman, Heung-Min Son after coming up against him earlier in the season. Guimaraes came off the bench in Newcastle's 5-1 defeat at Spurs at the beginning of April.

Son bagged a goal and notched an assist in the tie, with the hosts cruising to victory. Speaking to Yonhap News Agency, Guimaraes said: "I understand South Korea are a technically-sound team, and we've done a lot of preparation for this match. Even though this is a friendly match, we will do the best we can.
"South Korean players are quite talented and it won't be an easy match for us. I remember Son Heung-min very well. I think he's a tremendous player. We will try to keep him in check as much as we can so that we can win the match."
The Brazil team have trained since arriving in South Korea but the Newcastle midfielder says rest is key to cope with the jetlag. He added: "Because of jetlag, we are all tired, and some of the guys arrived here today. We're trying to rest as much as we can."
