Matt Targett has hailed Eddie Howe's impact at the club and says Newcastle now believe they can beat any team in the Premier League.
The Magpies new boy made a deadline-day loan switch from Aston Villa last month and has impressed Toon fans in his two appearances at left-back so far.
Targett scored eight out of 10 in our post-match player ratings against West Ham, with his dependable defensive qualities helping Newcastle earn a solid point in the capital.

Some supporters are already debating whether his temporary stay should be made permanent. Lucas Digne appears to have the left-back slot nailed down at Villa Park and Targett has expressed his desire to play first-team football.
The 26-year-old attributed Howe’s coaching methods as a key reason for the team’s recent success and the confidence he has given the players.
“I think we're in a really good place at the moment,” he told NUFC TV.
“The manager is working well with us and we're responding as players. We go into every game believing we can win.”
Targett also praised the team spirit at St James’ Park and gave insight into the current mood within the dressing room.
“It's been a great start. For me personally and the team,” he added.
“It helps when we're as close and together as we are.
“I think all I can do is control my own performances and at the moment (they have) been very good.
“It also helps that the team's doing very well and we picked up a lot of positive results.
“They've been fantastic. They're a great group of lads and since I've come in they’ve welcomed me, made me feel welcome and helped me settle in quickly.”
