Eddie Howe has challenged his side to win their last game without star man Bruno Guimaraes with the Brazil star completing his suspension this weekend.
The Magpies have been held against West Ham and AFC Bournemouth in the absence of the midfielder but must go again at St James' Park with the ex-Lyon ace in the stands. Howe has a midfield dilemma on his hands if Joe Willock is forced out of the clash against the Reds with a hamstring injury.

Howe said ahead of the Liverpool game: "You are always going to miss your best players. We missed and will continue to miss Bruno. "There is always a hole when he's not here, but we have to find a way to win without him.
"We feel we have a strong enough squad to cope. "Teams are designed to stop us now."
If Willock is ruled out the likes of Elliot Anderson come into contention as an attacking midfielder, while there is the option to drop Anthony Gordon back a little like seen at Bournemouth last weekend. Joelinton is now just one yellow card away from a two-match ban and must get to match 32 in the Premier League to shake off the threat of a suspension.
