New York Fashion Week Staple Eckhaus Latta Branches Out into the Handbag Space With The Snap

Eckhaus Latta is a pretty well-rounded fashion house. Founded in 2011 by Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta, the label offers everything from ready-to-wear to shoes to sunglasses. The one category it didn't tap into was handbags. Until now. That's right, Eckhaus Latta just introduced its first bag and it's a doozy.

Dubbed The Snap, it's giving serious hobo and boho vides. Crafted of vegetable dyed Italian lambskin, the silver accents around the straps are more than just decoration. They actually function as snaps to keep all of your goodies safely inside. Sometimes it can be hard to judge how big a bag is online, but the brand boasts that this one is "large enough to fit a laptop or your lunch, but small enough for a night out."

The Snap will run you $650 and you have your choice of green, black, red or brown. Shop the new It bag on Eckhaus Latta's website.
