After another scintillating week of college football, the US LBM Coaches Poll has been released with the same basic top ten aside from some shuffling based on results. You are visiting Buckeyes Wire, so we assume you are most interested in where OSU lands this week, and it’s about what you likely expected.
OSU remained at No. 3, behind No. 1 Texas and No. 2 Georgia, just as things looked after Week 3. Ohio State has looked absolutely dominant but has yet to play any opponent as good as what both the Longhorns and Bulldogs have, so it’s a bit of a wait-and-see for voters, and it does makes at least some sense.
Rounding out the top ten behind that trio is Alabama (4), Ole Miss (5), Tennessee (6), Oregon (7), Penn State (8), Miami (9), and Utah (10).
The upper echelon of the US LBM Coaches Poll after college football's Week 4 remains largely unchanged this week.
That will likely not be the case next week with the season’s first top-five showdown on the horizon.

Things have been fun so far, but now all of these teams will start to battle each other out in the meat of the conference season that’s set to begin next week.
Things are bound to change.
