New Silverburn restaurant announced as Ayrshire chain branches out

A popular Ayrshire hospitality chain is to open its fifth venue later this summer.

And the company behind four of the county's top eateries is heading towards the big smoke.

The Drunken Coo Steakhouse, Hollybush Inn, Arthur Street Kitchen and Stage Door Cafe are to be joined by a stablemate inside Silverburn Shopping Centre.

Named 'Stailinn Scottish Kitchen,' the venue is pledging to deliver the finest of fayre from these shores.

Posting on their social channels, the company confirmed: "When you dream of opening a new restaurant, that dream has to be in the busiest shopping mall in Scotland and one of the busiest in the UK.

"We are delighted to announce Stailinn Scottish Kitchen... coming to Silverburn later this summer.

"Stailinn will have a Balcony Bar, seated restaurant and a Just Eat collection area."

It marks the latest expansion for company boss, Chris Steele, who opened the highly acclaimed Drunken Coo in Ayr's Beresford Terrace last year.
