New on DVD: Get aboard 'Bullet Train' for action-packed ride

A killer trip from Tokyo to Kyoto tops the DVD releases for the week of Oct. 18.

"Bullet Train": A bunch of assassins board a train with the desire to get their hands on a briefcase, with mayhem and murder ensuing. The star-studded cast includes Brad Pitt, Brian Tyree Henry, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and many more.

"Director David Leitch never lets this thing slow down for a minute," writes Tribune News Service critic Katie Walsh in her review. "That is both the glory and the downfall of 'Bullet Train,' a glib, slick and shallow slice of Japanophile action entertainment that offers a very bright, shiny surface, but has absolutely no interest in revealing anything beyond that."
