New Manchester United kit: First glimpse of 'leaked' shirt for next season on FIFA 20

Manchester United are among the clubs to have their possible new shirt designs for the 2020-21 season leaked online.

Even without official confirmation or the merest hint of a release date, some fans have been quick to decide that the next home jersey just isn’t for them.

One image in question features a shirt with the traditional red base, splattered with a pattern of small black and yellow block lines, with Adidas’s traditional white collar and three stripes.

One person said the kit would make supporters “look like we’ve dropped a tin of sweetcorn down us”, while a United fan account called it “horrendous”.

A rumoured away shirt featuring a new green design has gone down slightly better however with Bleacher Report bringing the design to life on Fifa 20.

Their video features a number of teams including United decked out in what could be next season’s new kits - with Odion Ighalo front and centre for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.

The Nigerian is hoping to earn a permanent move to Old Trafford after delivering an immediate impact following his arrival on loan in January.

He will hope to be around next season to wear the new shirt for real.

With other designs thrown in from Arsenal, Barcelona and Liverpool, take a look at the clip and have your say in the comments box below.
