Manchester United have unveiled their new home kit ahead of the 2015/16 season.
Launched at the Adidas Manchester United 2015/16 kit launch, new signings Bastain Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin were joined by the likes of Juan Mata, Ander Herrera and Ashley Young as the Red Devils showed off their striking new attire.
The club’s Group Managing Director described the new threads as a ‘classic design, which draws upon the Club’s iconic kits of yesteryear’.
Adidas designer Inigo Turner – a lifelong United fan - adding that they had tried to ‘break expectations’ by giving the club “a truly ground breaking kit for the 2015/16 season.”
The kit marks the first release since the club signed the record-breaking deal with the German manufacture, worth £75 million per year, and the club’s first Adidas strip for 24 years.
The shirt cost £60 from the club's official online megastore on Saturday, with a kids' shirt priced at £50. A baby kit was £35.
