Iain Diack has been appointed manager of Fauldhouse United, replacing Colin Hendry who departed the club last week after six months in charge.
Diack, left, who had a successful playing career in the lower leagues with the likes of Stenhousemuir and Albion Rovers, takes over immediately and will be in charge of this weekend’s clash at home to West Calder United.
The former Sauchie, East Kilbride Thistle and Rossvale gaffer said: “Myself and my team are delighted to be joining this historic football club and we look forward in working with the players and the board to build a successful team for the years to come.
“We are all very much thankful for the opportunity and the trust the board has shown in us in offering us these positions, a challenge that we are very much looking forward to.”
He will be assisted by Adrian Hanson with Steph McCafferty remaining as goalkeeping coach.
