The cause of a fire at a house in south-west London is under investigation.
A fire erupted in a terraced house on Muybridge Way in New Malden, before the London Fire Brigade rushed to the scene to battle the blaze.
Four fire engines and 25 firefighters were sent to the blaze.
It was first alerted to the fire at 10am on Friday.
The blaze engulfed part of the ground floor and first floor of the property, which is a terraced house of two floors.
Meanwhile, a conservatory at the property has also been destroyed.
Crews from New Malden, Surbiton and Kingston fire stations attended the scene.

The cause of the fire remains unknown, however the London Fire Brigade has said it is now “under control”.
On a post to X, a spokesperson wrote: “The fire in #NewMalden is under control. The cause of the incident is now under investigation.”
