New leaks of stunning Chelsea 2023/24 kit emerges with major sponsor and jaw-dropping design

New images have emerged of potential new training kits for Chelsea ahead of the 2023/24 season. The Blues are yet to announce their new home and away jerseys for the upcoming campaign as struggles to finalise a main sponsor roll on.

After a fresh design for the kit was leaked last month there is simply one remaining detail to be added before a launch can be started but the ongoing battle to find and name a new primary shirt sponsor is set to go right up to the June 30 deadline.

The current deal with mobile giants Three ends at the end of the month as their three year partnership reaches its end without extension. It is set to leave a massive £40million ($50.8m) per season hole in the accounts.

It was reported earlier this month that the club were in final talks to make online casino and betting company, Stake, their new sponsors on a short-term, one season deal. However, major backlash from fans over the decision to seemingly turn to a gambling organisation just two years before Premier League rules ban such advertisements, has raised questions over the decision.

Now, the club are in the position of balancing financial need, PR image and moral standing as well as racing against the clock to not only find a new sponsor but also have their logo finalised on the new kits for the season.

Whilst rivals Arsenal and Manchester City both sported their new home tops for the final match of last season, Chelsea have been left having to not only play matches in the current 2022/23 strip but also announce new signing Christopher Nkunku in the jersey as well.

Ahead of a pre-season tour of America next month, the rush to show off their new style is pressing. One thing that hasn't been stopped, though, is the training kit.

With travel and holiday experts Trivago forming a partnership with the club to be shown on the front of the club's training wear, there is no such hold-up with producing the finished product. Leaked images of the slick new tops have since emerged and to great fanfare.

With a base white chest plate and gold outlines for the Nike logo and club badge, the simple design of white with navy shoulder pads and a gold edge to the bottom of the top, the new top has immediately taken in fans.

"If this is Chelsea’s new training kit I’m 100% buying. It’s so nice man," wrote one user.

The wait now goes on to see if the new apparel is released officially before the home kit and how quickly progress can be made to announce a new main sponsor.
