A new franchise will replace a Nottingham city centre restaurant which was seized by the landlord. A new tenant will soon move into the former Amora Express in Long Row, with FHP property consultants stating a deal had been done as of Tuesday, March 21.
A FHP representative said the occupier would be bringing a "new franchise concept" to Nottingham. Oliver Marshall, of FHP, said: "We have now completed the letting. This was a letting done off-market.
"This was a prime, city centre F&B (food and beverage) opportunity. FHP acted proactively on behalf of the private landlord to find new tenants."

A forfeiture notice from Parkinson Bailiff Services was put up in the window of Amora Express in Long Row on October 3, 2022. The eatery has been closed for some months and the windows were covered with sheets of newspaper which were falling off.
The sign warned any attempt to enter the premises by the leaseholder would result in criminal or civil proceedings. Amora Express specialised in Pakistani and Lebanese food, and had a huge vegan offering before its closure.
Details about the new business set to open remain unclear.
