Invisible Cities is launching a brand new tour in Edinburgh with the aim of providing support to Ukrainian refugees.
The social enterprise, which often uses top quality tour guides that have experienced homelessness, have been working with Edinburgh City Council so that their guides can learn Gaelic.
This will allow the tours to incorporate the language into their events and also promote the language to visitors.

All the efforts have culminated in a brand new walking tour: The Languages of Scotland.
The tour will take place from Lawnmarket and will last one hour and those attending the events will have the opportunity to be introduced to the languages of Scotland: Gaelic, Scots and English.
Profits from the ticket sales will be used to support Ukrainian refugees that have just arrived in the capital.
Ukrainian refugees will also be able to look forward to free walking tours of Edinburgh supplied by the company so that they can come to terms with their new surroundings.
The team at Invisible (Edinburgh) will also donate ‘Edinburgh Goodie Bags’ to refugees which include Scottish delicacies like fudge and Irn Bru.
They will also receive games and self guided content so they can explore the Capital in their own time.
Zakia Moulaoui Guery, CEO of Invisible Cities: “People arriving in Edinburgh receive a lot of support from a wide range of charities and social enterprises.
“Especially with items that are definitely needed such as toiletries.
“What we wanted to do was promote the culture and history of Edinburgh which is important too!
“At Invisible Cities we believe that in order to feel at home in a city, it is important to learn about the history, make up and life of the people that are already there.
“Our hope is that through our little welcome bags, every person coming from Ukraine can feel at home here too.”
The tour will be delivered by Angus, an established guide with the award-winning social enterprise, who has decided to use the tour as an opportunity to do good.
Angus is passionate about languages, speaking seven of them himself.
Tours will be available every day at 11am, and the tour can be booked on separate dates and times on request.
