Fans of the upcoming Barbie film will love the recently opened Doll Society cocktail bar in Dublin city centre.
The new bar has a stunning aesthetic combining flowers, glitter and lots of neon pink. They also have amazing cocktails like Hot Girl Summer and the Disco Ball.
We went to the bar not too late after it first opened doors and we loved it. The cute aesthetic was evident even before we went inside, the pink sign over the front door promising a unique experience.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bartender offered an entire show when making the cocktails, and the beer garden outside was perfect for enjoying the sunshine during the bank holiday weekend. There were many spots that were every Instagram user's dream, including a flower wall, neon signs and a photo booth.

The drinks we tried were worthy for social media as well - Hot Girl Summer, DiscoBall Sharing Cocktail and Gold Digger. The first two were sweet and delicious, and the Discoball was an experience in itself with the cocktail being in a giant shining discoball.
Gold Digger was less sweet and with a strong sage note, for those of us who don't have that much of a sweet tooth. We did end the night with a shot that tasted like a cupcake so perhaps there is no such thing as no sweet tooth.
For those who want to spend the evening completely (or relatively) sober, there are fantastic mocktails as well.
While the new bar did not have food options yet - we wisely had dinner beforehand - the manager told us in advance that they have "an exciting small bites and brunch menu lined up for next weekend".
Replacing the recently closed Anti Social, Doll Society is located on 101 Francis Street, The Liberties. They also have entertainment events which they post about on their Instagram page.
