A new spritz bar has launched in Liverpool city centre with a unique drinks offering.
Located within the Baltic Market, the Spritz Bar will feature a unique menu. The venue opened yesterday, with the business inviting customers on Instagram to embrace the “Spritz Season” of summer weather.
A spritz is a cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy. It consists of prosecco, digestive bitters and soda water.

The drinks at the bar will be a mix of classic and “Baltic signature” spritz. Aperol Spritz will of course be available and popular for many customers.
However, there will be new twists to the standard cocktail offerings with a Beatles-themed drink. The Strawberry Field Spritz will contain pink gin, strawberry liqueur, elderflower syrup and mint, in homage to the famous Beatles song.
The bar promises to be an ideal destination for May’s three bank holiday weekends. May 1, known as May Day, will be the first.
Then there will be a special bank holiday for the King’s Coronation on May 8, followed by the traditional spring bank holiday on May 29.
The Spritz Bar will follow the Baltic Market’s opening hours. It is located within the Cains Brewery Village.
