New coffee shop Mimi's Cafe located on Westmoreland Street has just opened this week and already it has been drawing in customers with their affordable unique selling point - all coffees are only €3.
With delicious coffees and sweet treats on offer, it's safe to say this may be one of the most affordable places to pick up a hot cup of Joe in Dublin.
Owner Nate Seligman told Dublin Live: "We keep our coffees at €3 because we're sick of going to places and spending upwards of €4.50. Dublin is such an expensive city whether it's coffee or rent we just want to do our bit to help anyone out!"

There are also deals for students as well. Nate, 25, added: "We also have a student deal which is €3 for a coffee plus free alternative milk (oat, coconut etc) and a free syrup i.e. caramel! As myself and Matt were both students in college together we know how much those extra few euros help!"
Nate also spoke about the touching inspiration behind the setting up of Mimi's Coffee: "The name Mimi's is actually named after my younger sister, Mia. She passed nearly a year and a half ago from cancer, she was only 14. I want the business to succeed so it's something my family can be proud of and remember her fondly.
"Hopefully in the future we can run charity days for Our Lady's Children hospital, Make-a-Wish and so many more places!"
The cafe also use Imnibe coffee for all of their beverages which is based in Dolphins Barn. They are open from 7:30am to 4pm Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 4pm Saturdays.
