New brasserie to open its doors in Bristol city centre

A new brasserie is to open in Bristol city centre. Muse Brasserie will open its doors at Crown House on Prince Street next month.

Muse Brasserie first opened in 2019 in Cheltenham and has since then become one of the town's best restaurants. It is currently the top restaurant in Cheltenham, according to TripAdvisor, after receiving more than 800 reviews.

According to its website, Muse offers "a unique and inspirational French fusion dining experience". It says: "Traditional European and Asian ingredients are combined with modern cooking techniques and beautifully presented with love and passion.

"Come dine with us and immerse yourself in a pretty haven of apple blossoms and gorgeous colours while our attentive staff cater to your experience. Prepare to have your expectations surpassed."

Other new openings in the city include COR on North Street, South Bristol. The new family-run, neighbourhood restaurant will be opening its doors later this month and will aim to bring inclusivity back into high quality cookery while focusing on several cuisines with Mediterranean influence.

Earlier this month, food critics at a prestigious national guide had their say on the best restaurants and gastropubs in and around Bristol. The AA Restaurant Guide 2023 was released, with ten eateries making the cut either in the city or in the surrounding countryside.
