If you were one of the many who were asking themselves “The Boston Celtics traded for WHO?” after the storied ball club sent a second round pick to the Philadelphia 76ers for the contract of reserve wing Jaden Springer, you might want some help getting to know his game.
The Sixers drafted Spring out of the University of Tennessee with the 28th overall pick of the 2021 NBA draft, and the Charlotte, North Carolina native has played for the 76ers since, now in his third season with the team. This season, his best, he has averaged 4.0 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game, but most of his value comes on the defensive end.
