Scotland star Billy Gilmour has emerged as a target for English Premier League outfit Brighton, according to a report.
Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is believed to be keen on raiding his former club to take the Rangers midfielder to Everton - having handed him his top flight debut and promoting him to the first team picture during his spell in charge at Stamford Bridge. The former Light Blues kid spent last season on loan at Norwich City and is out of the picture under Thomas Tuchel having not been assigned a squad number for the season ahead.
He looks destined to depart Chelsea this summer but a new potential exit route could be on the table with the Daily Mail reporting that Graham Potter could move for him. Any deal would need to be permanent with the Seagulls already bringing in Levi Colwill on loan. Gilmour has established himself as a key part of Steve Clarke's Scotland national team set up and has already gained 15 caps for his country.
