Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, an Auberge property that is the premier beachfront resort and residential villa community in Los Cabos, Mexico, is expanding its current real estate offerings.
Developed by SV Capital Partners, a renowned boutique real estate investment and development firm (that also developed Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas), the project has seen record-breaking sales numbers totaling more than $165 million since the sales launch. SV Capital recently completed the second phase of the development, which includes 28 new beach front villas and 12 hotel rooms. Phase two, which debuted in fall 2018, is nearly sold out.
The third phase of the development will break ground this month. The final phase, it will debut in early 2020, and will introduce 14 more contemporary units with ocean views, including new villa options with larger layouts (including one five-bedroom penthouse) and enhanced home design features. Villas will range from four- to five-bedrooms with pricing starting at $2.5 million.
Buyers of these final 14 units will have the opportunity to take advantage of expansive new floor plans, including bi-level villas and one five-bedroom penthouse residence, all with an upgraded contemporary design package and state-of-the-art technology.
Four-bedroom units span 3,435 square feet with an additional 1,200 square feet of covered outdoor living space. The five-bedroom penthouse residence sits at 5,554 square feet and features two ocean-facing master suites, a 1,000-square-foot private rooftop pool, 2,600 square feet of covered terrace space, and a wine cellar.
The new homes will feature an open concept with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open to spacious private terraces and balconies with Jacuzzis. Ground-floor villas will also offer a private pool and sun deck. All villas are equipped with indoor gourmet kitchens with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and well-equipped outdoor grill centers.
The villas are clean, light, and airy, embracing the indoor-outdoor living style of the oceanfront community with natural wood textures and flares of coastal colors.
The final 14 units will offer more shared living space and larger outdoor areas, while incorporating new cutting-edge technology. The residences will continue offering the immaculate finishes and fixtures for which the community has become known.
