A new Banksy mural has appeared on the wall of a derelict farmhouse.
Named 'Morning is Broken', the work depicts the silhouette of a young boy opening steel curtains alongside a cat.
It sprung up on Blacksole Farm in the seaside town of Herne Bay, Kent.
The artist - whose identity remains a mystery - confirmed they were responsible for the piece in an Instagram post.
It appears part of the building and artwork have, however, been demolished.
Landowners Kitewood have confirmed work is ongoing at the site, reports the BBC.
It comes after another Banksy work in Margate called Valentine's Day Mascara was dismantled by a local council hours after it appeared.
Later, it was confirmed it would be transferred to the town's Dreamland theme park.
Meanwhile, a Brexit-themed Banksy mural valued at £1million that was mysteriously painted over is set to be recreated when its wall is rebuilt.
The artwork depicting a huge EU flag appeared overnight in Dover, Kent, in May 2017 - a year after Britain voted to leave the European Union.
But two years later the giant graffiti, featuring a workman off chipping one of the stars, was covered up by paint - leaving a giant square of white in its place.
It is not known who painted over the piece in whitewash, before the building the artwork is on was acquired by Dover District Council in September last year.
Now Dover council plans to demolish the building all together to make way for a new Creative Centre.
Art dealer John Brandler pleaded with the council to restore the mural after hearing the this latest development.
Specialists plan to scan the piece and recreate it either digitally or physically.
Mr Brandler, who has several Banksy pieces in his own gallery, said the artist's work is still behind the whitewash and it would be "criminal" for the council to demolish it.
In July 2019 the street art was valued at £1m but the council now said it would cost up to £4m to save the mural.
