New baby Highland cows seen enjoying the sunshine in Scottish park

GLASGOW'S own baby Highland cows have been pictured enjoying the Spring sunshine.

Back in February, Glasgow City Council announced the birth of three Highland Cow calves in Pollok Park in the city's southside.

The three calves, born on February 21, have been named Chorrach, Una Ruadh and Una Dubh.

The public can see the park's herd of Highland cows just a short walk away from the Burrell Collection museum, which houses more than 9000 artifacts.

With temperatures set to reach as high as 19C this week, the calves could be seen bathing in the sunshine.
