Riot Games shared a new 2XKO gameplay trailer that showcases the wild Jinx's moveset following the premier of the second season of the Arcane series.

The League of Legends-inspired fighting game is currently in closed beta testing and will add Jinx as a playable character in the future. The character's moves were put on full display in the new trailer.

Jinx 2XKO Trailer

They include primarily projectile attacks using Jinx's minigun, rockets, and bombs. These are things that she can launch at her foes to juggle them. Jinx seems to have been designed to be a long-range zoner who will be frustrating to fight against.

This is something that is appropriate for the character herself as Riot Games originally described Jinx as a chaotic "gun-toting, braid-rocking criminal." The character is currently not yet in the game but will be coming to 2XKO's playtests next year.

The future playtests can only be accessed if you are invited but you can register and show your interest to participate. The new trailer comes after Arcane Season 2 dropped its first three episodes over the weekend, according to PCGamer.

There are two more sets of episodes that will be released, with the first one coming on Nov. 16, 2024, and the second one arriving on Nov. 23, 2024. Season 2 comes as the first season showed fans Jinx's origins as a young orphan named Powder.

The TV series' second season now continues the story and shows the consequences of Jinx's gun-toting, braid-rocking criminal rebel ways within the League of Legends universe and expansive lore.

An Explosive Moveset

The Jinx reveal trailer for 2XKO marks the first time that the character was seen since the very early gameplay looks at the game.

The developer revealed at Evo 2024 that the lack of information about Jinx was due to player feedback to her original kit and a rework being made, VG247 said.

The latest trailer, which is under a minute in length, showcases Jinx's supers as well. It also gave fans a glimpse of her explosive moveset. Players also saw that the game got some significant UI changes.

Various interfaces, such as the burst and assist indicators, are now much more visible compared to the past. This suggests that the team behind 2XKO is listening to feedback during the alpha lab and is making adjustments accordingly.

Shaun Rivera previously said that they set the bar high for characters in 2XKO and other features. This was the reason why they chose to rework Jinx and make her much better than what was originally showcased, according to Esports.
