Netherlands vs Ecuador predictions and odds ahead of 2022 FIFA World Cup Group A clash in Qatar

Netherlands will be looking to go one step closer to the round of 16 with another win in the group stages when they face Ecuador at the Khalifa International Stadium. Despite a below-par performance in their opening match, they still managed to grab a 2-0 win against Senegal.

Louis van Gaal's side are the favourites in this match at 5/6 with Betfred while La Tri are 19/5 and a draw is 5/2. This is the third meeting between the two sides - both in friendlies - with the Netherlands picking up a win and draw.

La Tri's captain Enner Valencia set the tone for his national side's World Cup campaign after a brace against hosts Qatar on the opening match of the tournament. The CONMEBOL side now have to focus on their two toughest group stage matches starting with the Netherlands who have plenty of talent at their disposal.
