Over the last two years, Netflix has received acclaim for Untold—a 30 for 30-style sports documentary series that has explored topics from the “Malice at the Palace” to the 1983 America's Cup.
The second season in particular upped the stakes for the series, with documentaries on former Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o and disgraced NBA referee Tim Donaghy both attracting broad audiences. However, this season scans as even more buzzworthy than the last.
On Tuesday morning, Netflix unveiled the trailer for four new episodes, which will air over four weeks beginning August 1 and cover some of the most intriguing sagas in the recent history of sports.
Jake Paul. Johnny Football. Hall of Shame. Swamp Kings.
