A new production company has been created by the brothers behind hit Netflix series Stranger Things as they prepare to produce more projects for the streaming giant. Matt and Ross Duffer have formed Upside Down Pictures as they look to develop more ideas for films and TV shows.
The name of the company refers to the Upside Down realm in the show which has become one of Netflix's most popular programmes. The Duffers have a deal with the streaming service to produce more projects for them.
Netflix have given a sneak peek at some of the ideas which the Duffers are working on, which include several supernatural themed productions. Among the works being produced are several live-action adaptations.

On top of this, there are plans for stage play set within the world of Stanger Things. The hit show will also be the basis of a live-action spin-off based on an original Duffer brothers idea.
Other projects include TV adaptations of Japanese manga and anime series Death Note. They will also working on a series based on Stephen King and Peter Straub‘s The Talisman.
Stranger Things has run for four series and has been renewed for a fifth and final season. It stars Hollywood names including Winona Ryder and has made stars of some its younger cast members including Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard.
