DRIVERS heading to a car wash in East Lothian have expressed their surprise when they found a horse being given a washdown.
Just after 1pm on Saturday, Musselburgh resident Dianne Fyfe was in line for petrol at the BP garage just off the A1 at Old Craighall Services when she came across three people cleaning a white and brown horse at the jet wash.
On seeing the horse being cleaned, Dianne took to TikTok and said: "Neigh way! Had to wait for the horse to finish before I could wash my car."
Dianne said: "I just find it highly amusing that people had their arms crossed in their cars while a horse was holding them all up getting washed!"
One person said: "Just given me a great life hack."
Another person joked: "Awe, that's a great idea for a new business venture!"
While another said: "It’s got horse power just like a car, so why not?"
Earlier in the day, two horses were seen tethered outside The Railway Tavern on Prestonpans High Street.
