A couple from Western Australia's south have been charged over the neglect of a six-month-old boy who died in hospital.
Police say the infant was admitted to Collie Hospital on September 26 before being transferred to Perth Children's Hospital.
He died there on Wednesday.
A 31-year-old woman and 30-year-old man from Collie have each been charged with one count of failing to protect the child from harm.
They are expected to face Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.
