The birthplace of both Liverpool and Everton football clubs has been put up for sale for almost £1m less than it was this time last year.
The Sandon Complex has served the local community under various ownership since the 1870s and was originally marketed for for more than £3.7m in November 2021.
Now, according to a listing on Rightmove, the building is back on the market for £3m.

It was originally owned by the founder of Liverpool FC, John Houlding.
Specialist hospitality property adviser Christie & Co is leading the sale of the property, as it also was last year.
In 2017, the business was acquired by award-winning, local businesswoman Kate Stewart and underwent an extensive refurbishment.
The venue has a capacity for over 4,500 people spanning across the entire complex, large outdoor screens erected for finals and live music.
It includes five function rooms, 20 rooms and 123 beds and two public bars.
It also has a hospitality contact with Liverpool FC which brings in around £16,000 of income every home game.
