Ncuti Gatwa has shared a sneak peek of his first day on set as the new Doctor Who.
The Rwandan-Scottish actor has given fans an insight of him along with his companion Ruby Sunday, played by Millie Gibson filming the new series which airs later next year.
In one of the clips posted in Instagram, Ncuti is seen walking towards a caravan saying: "This is the number two, this is Millie Gibson's trailer.
Millie replies: "Millie f****** Gibson."
A separate picture also includes an image of the Tardis within a studio block, and Ncuti posing holding a slice of cake.
He captioned the post: "Yesterday. Was. EXHILARATING! I genuinely feel I have an adrenaline hangover. But boy oh BOYY what we have in store for you.
"P.s that video is just an excuse to show off the fit of my trousers, tell me you wouldn’t do the same!"
Doctor Who returns in November 2023 with three special episodes to coincide with the 60th anniversary with David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor.
The Fifteenth Doctor, played by Ncuti Gatwa, will then take control of the Tardis.
