NBA Twitter reacts to the Warriors dropping a 36-point loss vs. Pelicans

After suffering a blowout loss to the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night, the schedule didn’t get any easier for the Golden State Warriors on the final leg of their seven-game homestand on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans.

For the second straight game, the Warriors came out flat. They fell behind by 19 in the first quarter while giving up 46 points in the opening 12 minutes.

After starting the game with an opening haymaker, the Pelicans never looked back on their way to a 141-105 win over the sliding Warriors. With a loss to the Pelicans, the Warriors ended their homestead 2-5. They lost three of their last four.

Steph Curry struggled to find his shot again, scoring 15 points on 4-of-13 shooting from the field in 25 minutes. Moses Moody led the Warriors with 21 points on 8-of-18 shooting from the floor. No other members of the Warriors registered more than 19 points.

Following the Warriors’ latest blowout loss to the Pelicans, the NBA community on X exploded with reactions. Here’s a look at what fans and analysts were saying on Wednesday evening.
